The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office announces that on Friday, November 28, Anthony Guillen, 31, was arraigned in Dutchess County Court on an Indictment returned by the Dutchess County Grand Jury.  The Dutchess County Grand Jury had returned a six-count Indictment charging Mr. Guillen with two counts of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and one count of Assault in the First degree, all Class B felonies, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, both Class C felonies, and one count of Assault in the First Degree, a Class D felony.
