The Lochbuie Police Department is issuing the following Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) Community Notification pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 16-13-901 through 16-13-905.

Colorado law requires law enforcement agencies to provide public notification when an individual has been designated as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP). The purpose of this notification is to increase community awareness, support public safety, and ensure compliance with state law.

Name: Roberto Daniel Sanchez
Age: 37
Registration Status: Registered in the Town of Lochbuie

Roberto Sanchez has been determined to meet the statutory criteria for designation as a Sexually Violent Predator. This notification is being provided to inform the public of a recently registered Sexually Violent Predator residing in the Lochbuie community.

Sex Offender Statistics 

As of June 2026, there are more than 19,464 registered sex offenders in Colorado, including approximately 588 individuals statewide who have been classified as Sexually Violent Predators (SVPs) under Colorado law. Within the Town of Lochbuie, there are currently registered sex offenders residing within town limits, with two (2) individuals designated as a Sexually Violent Predator.
