• Needs an interpreter
• Deaf or hard of hearing
• Limited vision
• Medical Alert

  • Seizure disorder

What is it?
A Blue Envelope holds essential documents and information that can help first responders better understand and communicate with someone who may struggle during high-stress situations. 

This program is voluntary and self-implemented.

✅ Notes on communication preferences
✅ Medical conditions or sensory sensitivities
