Dog Running at Large Regulation (Sec. 7-6-130)

It is unlawful for any dog owner or keeper to allow their dog to run at large in the Town of Lochbuie, including public places and private property.

Key Points:

•  Dogs must be on a leash held by a person able to control them when outdoors.
•  Tying a dog to a leash, chain, or trolley unattended does not comply with the regulation.
•  Dogs may only be left unattended outdoors if secured within a properly fenced yard.
