The Lochbuie Police Department is issuing the following Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) Community Notification pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 16-13-901 through 16-13-905.
Colorado law requires law enforcement agencies to notify the public when an individual has been designated as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP). This notification is intended to promote community awareness, support public safety, and comply with state law.

Robert Quintana has been determined to meet the statutory criteria for designation as a Sexually Violent Predator. This notification is being provided to inform the public of an SVP residing in the Lochbuie community.
