The Keenesburg Police Department is hosting a self-defense class for adolescents and young adults ages 15–20 on July 9th from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM at the Hudson Public Library.
Participants will learn:
✅ Self-awareness and situational awareness
✅ Personal safety tips
✅ Basic self-defense moves
✅ Confidence-building skills
This 2-hour hands-on course is designed to help young people feel more prepared, aware, and confident in everyday situations.
