Crash Reports

Crash reports are digital and available by clicking the button below. To access your report you will need your name (or the name of a party involved in the collision), the report number, and the date of the crash. 

State Motor Vehicle Code allows for up to five (5) business days for the initial report to be completed and submitted.  Serious accidents might take longer.
