Traffic Complaint

Neighborhood traffic safety is a top citizen concern. Use this form to register a traffic complaint about general or on-going traffic-related issues and problem areas. These issues can range from speeding to stop sign violations and parking complaints. The Police Department will focus its enforcement activity in the problem area to mitigate or resolve the issue. 

If your complaint is more specific (e.g. about a particular vehicle engaging in a specific event), please contact our communications center at (970) 356-4000 to report your complaint. In cases such as these, you may be required to appear in court as a witness to identify the alleged driver and testify about your observations.
