If you reside in Moffat County (and live outside the city limits), listen up! 📢 The recent passage of Resolution #2024-30 means that dog licensing is now a legal requirement for all dog owners in our community. 🐶
The resolution does not apply to working livestock, or livestock protector dogs.
Having a dog license is the best way to bring them home if they get lost, and it's FREE OF CHARGE. Just bring a valid rabies vaccination to the Moffat County Sheriff's Office and we will get your dog licensed.
