UPDATE:  09:15pm

Moffat County Sheriff’s Office Wildfire Crews along with Moffat County Road and Bridge, BLM, Craig Fire, and aircraft are actively fighting a wildland fire in the area of Moffat County Roads 90 and 174. The burn area is estimated at about 400 acres, and the cause is undetermined at this time.  No structures are currently threatened by the fire

Highway 40 is now open to all traffic.  There will be fire crews working in the area throughout the night, and tomorrow.
