CLIFTON, COLO. - In January 2026, investigators with the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office received a tip about a local resident possibly engaging with child pornography images online. During the investigation, Jacub White, 22, of Clifton, was identified as the suspect.

A warrant for his arrest was issued, leading patrol deputies to contact White at his residence, where he was arrested without incident on June 3. He was booked into Mesa County Detention Facility on the following charge:

• Possession of exploitative material, Felony 5

White is being held in jail on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 10 at 8:30 a.m. No further information is available at this time.
