Billy Webb, 48, of Clifton, was arrested on Thursday, December 5, 2024, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Webb is believed to have committed unlawful sexual and physical acts after providing the victim with illegal drugs between October 2024 and November 2024.

Billy Webb is currently being held in the Mesa County Detention Facility on charges of: 

• 1 count Sexual Assault on a Child – F4
• 1 count Pandering of a Child – F3
• 1 count Solicitation for Child Prostitution – F3
• 1 count Patronizing a Prostituted Child – F3
• 3 counts Unlawful Distribution of a Schedule II Controlled Substance to a Minor
• 1 count Child Abuse – M1
• 1 count 2^nd Degree Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor – M1
