On May 15, 2021 dispatch received several calls from citizens in the 400 block of Lark Court advising an individual was causing concern in their neighborhood. Arriving deputies were able to identify Mr. Bickford from a recent arrest and attempted to contact him at which time he fled in his vehicle.  For the safety of the residents of the area deputies did not chase the vehicle. Later that day he returned to the neighborhood engaging in the same behavior. Deputies located his vehicle on 29 1/2 road. Deputies, with the help of Grand Junction Police officers were able to make contact with Bickford in that area and he was arrested without further issue. His charges include reckless driving and eluding. In the interest of justice more charges were possible but not filed.
