Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi announces today that Peter Green, 31, Shanardo Green, 29, Paul Green, 35, and Tyrese Hall, 21 were arraigned this week on an Indictment returned by a Dutchess County Grand Jury charging them each with one count of Murder in the Second Degree, a Class A-1 Felony.
District Attorney Anthony Parisi stated, “The allegations contained in this indictment describe an extraordinary level of violence and a complete disregard for human life and public safety. According to the investigation, this attack unfolded in a public area where community members had gathered for a soccer game, placing countless innocent people at risk. No one should have to fear that an afternoon at a neighborhood park could become the scene of deadly violence.”
