JURY CONVICTS SHAWN GREY OF BURGLARY AND POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY

Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi announces that today, following three days of testimony and two days of deliberations, a Dutchess County jury convicted 50-year-old Shawn Grey, of Pleasant Valley, of the crime of Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class C Violent Felony, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony. 

    District Attorney Anthony Parisi said, “This conviction reflects the strength of the evidence and the careful attention of the jury. The defendant unlawfully entered a residential building, caused        damage, and stole property, conduct that undermines the safety and security of our community."
