Police conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. The driver was found to be driving without a license (revoked) and without insurance. Police obtained consent to search the vehicle and located narcotics and burg tools. Driver and passenger were both arrested and booked in the county jail, where more contraband was found on both.
