The NCPD is investigating a report that an occupant of a vehicle was shooting at a trailing vehicle on East Chartes Street near South Jefferson Street.  This incident reportedly occurred on 2-20-2026 at approximately 7PM.  The vehicles were described as a dark blue sedan with black stripes on the hood and a black sedan.  NCPD officers canvassed the area and were unable to locate any evidence.   If anyone has any information on this incident, please contact the NCPD.
