DCDA NEWS - NEW HORIZONS RESOURCES EMPLOYEE ARRAIGNED ON INDICTMENT CHARGING CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE IN THE DEATH OF A RESIDENT

The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office announced today that Owen Ekpo, age 66, was arraigned on an Indictment returned by a Dutchess County Grand Jury charging Mr. Ekpo with Criminally Negligent Homicide, a Class E Felony.
