The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office announces that Jaheim Parkin, 19, was charged by an Indictment returned by a Dutchess County Grand Jury and arraigned in Dutchess County Court today. The Indictment charges Parkin with one count of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony, and one count of Assault in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony.
