🚔 Today, Officer Collins stopped a motorists because she saw that the children inside the vehicle were not properly restrained. While Officer Collins had to cite the her, she learned the mother did not have the means to purchase a car seat. Officer Collins arranged to provide one, ensuring the child’s safety. She also assisted the mother in properly securing an infant car seat that was already in the vehicle.
