Sheriff Todd Rowell takes Office
Sheriff Todd Rowell was sworn in this evening as the 22nd Sheriff of Mesa County.
The Honorable District Court Judge Gretchen Larson administered the Oath of Office in the Mesa County Public Hearing Room with law enforcement and community members in attendance.
Sheriff Rowell’s wife and sons presented him with the Sheriff’s badge during the traditional badge pinning ceremony, a simple act meant to honor and recognize the importance of family to a law enforcement officer.
Sheriff Todd Rowell has served 20 years with the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office.
