Three hunters were rescued this week after their truck slid off the road and became stuck in the mud.
Tuesday, October 19, 2021, Mesa County Sheriff's Office deputies and Mesa County Search and Rescue's ATV team responded to help. The hunters were stranded in the remote Spring Creek area near the Colorado Utah border. Rescue crews were able to find them safe and help transport them back to town.
