On Saturday, June 12, 2021, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Mesa County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a shooting at a residence in the 1800 block of J Road.

One of the involved parties, an adult male, called 911 to report the shooting and that they sustained a non-life-threatening injury during the incident. Deputies located a second adult male involved in the incident who arrived at a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds and is currently being treated. 

Investigators believe they have identified everyone involved in this incident and determined this to be an isolated incident with no outstanding suspects. The case is still under investigation.
