Shortly before 9:30 this morning, Audra Hadrath, 12, and Teresa “Toby” Ochoa, 20, were located by the Northglenn Police Department at a private residence in the 1400 block of W 102nd Place. Audra was found unharmed and is now safe. The Amber Alert issued has been canceled.
Ochoa was taken into custody and faces the following charge: Second Degree Kidnapping (Class 4 Felony).
The relationship between Hadrath and Ochoa is still being investigated. The two met and communicated online. This was the first time they met in person.
