On January 5, 2024 Deputies of the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 1600 block of Locust, Canon City CO, in reference to a shooting.  Upon arrival by Fremont County Deputies and Canon City Police, two male individuals were found deceased by apparent gunshot wounds. 

32-year-old Guy Walk of Canon City and 38-year-old Raymond Webb of Canon City were identified by the Fremont County Coroner’s Office as the decedents.  The Fremont County Coroner's office has listed the cause and manner of the deaths as homicide.

This investigation is ongoing.
