Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi announces today that Christoper Moynihan, 35, plead guilty in the Town of Clinton Court to Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, in violation of Penal Law Section 240.30, subdivision (1), reduced from Making a Terrorist Threat, in violation of Penal Law Section 490.20, subdivision (1), a Class D Felony. This plea is related to a threat communicated to another person regarding United States House Minority Leader, Hakeem Jeffries.
