An officer was on patrol and observed a vehicle speeding and failing to maintain lane control.  A traffic stop was conducted, and while speaking with the operator, the officer detected signs of alcohol impairment.  BALL failed to comply with the officer's orders to get out of the vehicle and was subsequently arrested. BALL was booked and released on PR bail with a future court date in the Hillsboro District Court.
