On July 9, 2025, we welcomed two new officers to the force.  Officer Matthew Meattey and Officer Christopher Dustin were sworn in at the Board of Selectmen's meeting while family and friends looked on.  Both officers have started there in house training at the PD.  In August they will attend the Full-time Police Academy for 16 weeks.  Once they graduate from the academy, they will complete there 16-week Field Training phase with officers at the PD.  They will then be assigned to their own patrol shifts.  Welcome aboard.
