On May 16, 2025, Chief Parsons and several members of the Hillsboro Police Department traveled to Concord to take part in the annual Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony, a deeply meaningful event that honors the lives of New Hampshire officers who have died in the line of duty.

The ceremony is a time for reflection, remembrance, and unity. Among those remembered was Officer Bohanan, whose service to Hillsboro and dedication to protecting others continues to inspire all who knew him.
