Officers conducted a registration check on a vehicle and found that the registered owner's driver's license was suspended.  Officers conducted a stop and found the registered owner (Defendant) to be the driver at which point he was arrested without incident.  During the search incident to arrest the Defendant was found to be in possession of narcotics.  He was later booked and bailed with a future court date.
