The defendant was a passenger in a vehicle stopped after a Detective learned the registered owner had an active arrest warrant.  During the investigation, methamphetamine was located and both the defendant and the driver were charged.  Both were transported to the Hillsboro Police Department, where they were processed and released with future court dates.
