The defendant was a passenger in a vehicle stopped at Manahan Beach as it was after hours.  During the investigation, it was determined she had been consuming alcohol and was not 21 years old.  She resisted the Officer's attempt to arrest her, but once she was secured in the cruiser, she caused damage to the transport area.  When an Officer checked on her, she kicked and pushed him.  She was transported to the police department for processing and was held in preventative detention at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
