On Monday February 10, 2020 at approximately 2:25AM, responded to the 500-blk of James Madison Hwy for a robbery of a business. The Culpeper Police Department has already charged Albert Davis Williams, 60, of Culpeper, Virginia with one count of felony Robbery, but is still seeking information with regards to the second involved suspect.
