The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in attempting to locate missing runaway juvenile, Edwin MORALES-VELASQUEZ. He was last seen at his cousins’ residency in the Town of Culpeper, VA on Sunday, October 31st, 2021.

Edwin is described as a Hispanic male, 17 years of age, 5 foot 5 inches, approximately 131 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing Edwin was last seen in or what belongings he may have taken with him. Attempts to contact Edwin via phone have been unsuccessful. His means of travel are unknown, however, it is possible he may be traveling with an unknown friend trying to get to Florida.
