The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in attempting to identify the male, pictured above, who was involved in a shoplifting incident that occurred at the ABC Store (Montanus Dr.), located in the Town of Culpeper, VA. The incident happened on Sunday, September 18th, 2022 around 3:00PM.

The subject is described as a black male, lean build, with shoulder length dreadlocks. He was observed wearing a white N95 face mask, Adidas baseball hat, dark gray or green colored long sleeved shirt, black jogger pants with a pink logo on the left leg, white socks and pink/salmon-colored sandals. He was observed getting into a black 4-door sedan with tinted windows. The vehicle had no front license plate and a dark tinted cover over the rear tag.
