🔴 Illegal Fireworks:
Anything that launches into the air or explodes is prohibited. This includes:
• Rockets
• Bottle rockets
• Roman candles
• Mortars and aerial shells

🟢 Legal Fireworks:
Items that stay on the ground and don’t explode or shoot into the air are allowed. This includes:
• Fountains
• Sparklers
• Ground spinners
• Fireworks sold at major retailers like Walmart and King Soopers

💵 Fines for Violations:
• First Offense: Minimum $500 fine
• Each Additional Offense: Minimum $1,000 fine
