The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying a male suspect who was involved in multiple fraudulent transactions that took place at the Culpeper IHOP, located at 15271 Creativity Drive.

The photographs included in the bulletin were pulled from three of the transactions that occurred during the morning hours of May 15th, May 19th and May 29th, 2020. The suspect is described as a black male, possibly in his 20’s with, what appears to be, tattoos on both forearms. On two occasions he is wearing the same black Adidas track pants and on another two occasions he is wearing white socks with the same black slip-on sandals.
