On October 21, 2025 the Culpeper Police Department made a third arrest in connection to the September 25, 2024 murder of Noah Campbell. With assistance from the U.S. Marshals and the Culpeper County Criminal Justice Services, Alijah L. Robinson, 19, of Culpeper was arrested for First Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. Robinson was taken before a magistrate who ordered him held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.
Chief Chris Settle stated, “This arrest is the result of an extensive and continuing investigation by our detectives, whose dedication and hard work made this possible. I want to thank the U.S. Marshals Service for their outstanding assistance and partnership throughout this case, the Culpeper County Criminal Justice Services, as well as the Culpeper County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office for their continued support and guidance. We remain committed to identifying and bringing to justice anyone who may have been involved in the murder of Noah Campbell, as well as anyone who assisted those responsible after the fact. We will continue to pursue justice on his behalf and for his family.”
The Culpeper Police Department in conjunction with Culpeper Crime Solvers continues to offer a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of all persons involved in the September 25, 2024 murder of Noah Campbell.
This remains an active and on-going investigation. Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
