The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in attempting to locate missing runaway juvenile, Juan Carlos ICAL POP. He was last seen at his uncles’ residency in the Town of Culpeper, VA on Monday, December 10th, 2021.

Juan is described as a Hispanic male, 17 years of age, 5 foot 2 inches, approximately 130 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing Juan was last seen in or what belongings he may have taken with him. Attempts to contact him via phone have been unsuccessful. His means of travel and possible destination are unknown.
