The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in attempting to locate missing runaway juvenile, Lester Alexander ACTE CAAL (Age 16). He was last seen at his guardians’ (sponsor) residency in the Town of Culpeper, VA on Thursday, June 29th, 2023.

Lester is described as a Hispanic male, 16 years of age, 5 foot 2 inches, approximately 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He took all of his personal belongings with him and is believed to have left to the Chicago, IL area. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.
