The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in attempting to locate missing runaway juvenile, Esdras Nehemias SUN POP (Age 15). He was last seen at his guardians’ residency in the Town of Culpeper, VA on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022.

Esdras is described as a Hispanic male, 15 years of age, 5 foot 0 inches, approximately 118 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he may have been wearing at the time he went missing. He took a minimal amount of his belongings with him when he left the home. His destination or where he might be headed is unknown.
