The Culpeper Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to identify the individual (s) responsible for vandalisms (graffiti)  that occurred in the Town of Culpeper, VA at Yowell Meadow Park on the nature trails. The incident took place during evening/night hours on Saturday, February 26th, 2022.
