The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance in attempting to identify the two male subjects, pictured above, who were involved in a credit card theft and fraud incident at Target & Wal-Mart, located in the Town of Culpeper, VA. The incident happened on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 around 3:25PM.

Suspect #1 approached the victim in the parking lot of Target and used a ruse to gain access to the victim’s wallet. He stole several credit cards when the victim was not looking. Shortly after, Suspect #2 is seen walking into Wal-Mart from an unknown location and attempted to purchase multiple gift cards and merchandise with the victim’s credit cards.
