The Culpeper Police Department is seeking assistance to identify the above pictured individual that was involved in a credit card larceny with fraudulent transactions made shortly after. The larceny of the credit cards occurred during the late morning hours on Sunday, May 25th, 2025 in the Town of Culpeper, VA. The credit cards were then fraudulently utilized the same day, in the afternoon, at Walmart and Target locations located in Locust Grove and Fredericksburg, VA.
