On 7/11/2020 at 1:40pm , Officers from York Area Regional police were dispatched to the first block of South Main St. Spring Grove,PA for a missing juvenile report. Icis Marie Lowe left her residence sometime on Wednesday July 8th to help a friend move. She was to be helping this friend at an unknown location in York City York, PA. Lowe is described as a B/F, 5'4, 170 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.She has a unique tattoo on her right forearm "crystal" and "think positive". Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the York Area Regional Police Dept. or 911. They can also leave a tip on this website or call York County Crime Stoppers.  

On July 11th at 1745 hrs, YAPD Officers were able to find and verify Lowe was located.
