**FINGERPRINTING is currently being done by appointment ONLY.  Please call 717-741-1259 to make an appointment Monday through Friday between 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.  

Occasionally, residents need to be fingerprinted in order to apply for a government job or to obtain other security clearances. The YCRPD provides this service for a fee.

Two Forms of ID are REQUIRED. One with a picture. Expired IDs are NOT valid.

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15, 2016- A change in the cost for the fingerprinting fee was adopted by Resolution 2016-008

Cost: $25.00  for the first two fingerprint cards and;

$3.00 for each additional fingerprint card.

-Cash, Checks or Money Orders are accepted.  We now accept Credit Cards.  There is a $1.00 convenience fee added for using the Credit Card.
