The pictured female is a suspect in a tap-to-pay fraud scheme. She used the Visa/debit card information of a York Township resident/victim to make unauthorized purchases at various stores in the Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, and Lancaster areas on 8/10/2026.
