• On 9/2/2024, Alicia M Lyons (age 44) of Batavia was arrested and charged with Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Lyons struck another person, during an altercation on Mill St. Lyons was again arrested on 9/4/2024, Lyons was again arrested and charged with two counts of Harassment 2^nd. She allegedly struck another person, during two separate altercations. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court, on 9/17/2024

• On 8/27/2024, Joseph M Call (age 24) of Batavia, turned himself in on a warrant.

Call was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket, on 6/10/2024. A warrant was issued, after he failed to appear in court. Call was arraigned and released.

• On 8/29/2024, Brandon A Honore (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

A warrant was issued for Honore, after he failed to appear in court, on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 9/24/2024.

• On 8/31/2024, Bill A Thomas (age 64) of Batavia, was arrested for having an open alcohol container in public.

It’s alleged that Thomas was found in possession of an open container of alcohol at Austin Park. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/30/2024, Jamie A Dutton (age 32) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant and several other charges.

The warrant charges Dutton with Petit Larceny, for allegedly stealing merchandise from Aldi, on 6/20/2024. He was additionally charged with Criminal Impersonation 2^nd, for allegedly lying about his name in order to avoid arrest, as well as Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2^nd, for allegedly running from police who were attempting to arrest him. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and turned over to the Genesee County Jail, on a Parole warrant.

• On 8/25/2024, Francis A Coombs (age 57) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

Coombs allegedly kicked a hole in a wall at a residence on State St. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 9/10/2024.

• On 8/25/2024, Deandre C Lee (age 30) of Rochester and Myrin D Lumpkin (age 46) of Batavia, were both arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Lee and Lumpkin allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with each other in the street, near the intersection of Main St and Jefferson Ave. Lee was additionally charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd, for allegedly violating an order of protection that was protecting an occupant of the vehicle that Lumpkin was in. Lee was arraigned in Batavia City Court. Lumpkin was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 9/10/2024.

• On 8/26/2024, Lyndsay T Young (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Trespass.

Young was allegedly living in the woods, on private property on South Jackson St. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 9/3/2024.

• On 8/27/2024, Jennifer N Wilson (age 37) of Olean, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

Wilson was initially arrested on 2/26/2024, for Criminal Trespass 2^nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Resisting Arrest. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Wilson was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court, on 9/17/2024.

• On 8/28/2024, Lamar I Randall (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

Randall failed to appear in court, after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned and released.

• On 8/31/2024, Jeremy C Goodell (age 50) of Batavia, was charged with having an open alcohol container in public.

Goodell was allegedly found in possession of an open container of alcohol at Austin Park. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
