• On 8/26/2026, Zachary W Williams (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, Menacing 2^nd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Williams allegedly threatened another person with a knife, during an altercation on East Main St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 9/2/2026, Parodyce K Warren (age 21) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd, Assault 3^rd, Criminal Contempt 1^st, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Warren was charged following a domestic incident on Liberty St where he allegedly entered a residence, in violation of an order of protection, and assaulted another person. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 8/27/2026, Cordell R Palen (age 22), was arrested for Burglary 2^nd, Aggravated Family Offense, Criminal Contempt 2^nd, Menacing 3^rd and Harassment 2^nd.

Palen was charged following a domestic incident on Hutchins St. Palen allegedly threw an object at the victim and threatened them, while in violation of an order of protection. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 8/27/2026, Timothy M Logsdon (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.

Logsdon is alleged to have failed to register an internet identifier, as he is required to do as a level 1 sex offender. He was arraigned and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 9/3/2026, Elijah J Richardson (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Richardson allegedly hid a 16-year-old child in his residence, while the child’s father and the police were looking for her. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 9/1/2026, Katherine A Sovocool (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested for Animal Cruelty, Dog at Large and Owning an Unlicensed Dog.

Sovocool allegedly failed to properly care for a dog, resulting in the dog having numerous serious health problems. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/17/2026, Parodyce K Warren (age 21) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2^nd.

Warren was charged following a domestic incident on Liberty St. It’s alleged that he damaged property and took the victim’s phone, when she attempted to call police. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 8/30/2026, Brian K Dyer (age 60) of Batavia, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Dyer went to the victim’s residence multiple times and repeatedly yelled at them. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 8/27/2026, Michael C Rusinko (age 47) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Rusinko struck the victim and placed them in a choke hold, during an altercation on Lincoln Ave. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 8/28/2026, Anthony R McCray (age 32) of Rochester, was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument.

McCray allegedly attempted to cash a fraudulent check. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 8/30/2026, Allysen J Snook and Christian J Bale, were both arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Snook and Bale allegedly failed to supervise a 4-year-old child, resulting in the child walking out of the house and down the street. They were issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 8/21/2026, Rachelle L Murrell (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny. 

Murrell allegedly stole merchandise from Kwik Fill on Jackson St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/25/2026, Jessica L van Buren (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th.

It’s alleged that van Buren was involved in a verbal argument, during which she prevented the victim from calling police, by knocking the phone out of her hand. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/16/2026, Dennis R Ramsey (age 47) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3^rd.

Ramsey allegedly entered the Speedway gas station, where he was previously trespassed from. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/23/2026, Christian S Allan (age 24) of N Tonawanda, was arrested for DWI.

Allan was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 8/18/2026, Robert M Price (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 3^rd, Criminal Mischief 4^th and Harassment 2^nd.

Price allegedly shoved another person, grabbed them by the hair, threatened them and prevented them from calling the police. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 8/23/2026, Anna K Schramm (age 25) of Bergen, was arrested for DWI.

Schramm was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 8/19/2026, Charvayn Baptiste (age 23) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Baptiste threatened another person and attempted to punch them, during an altercation on West Main St. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.
