- On 9/22/2025, Jeanna M Hattaway (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.
It’s alleged that Hattaway stole merchandise from Aldi. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10/7/2025. On 9/24/2025, Hattaway was again arrested for Petit Larceny. This time it’s alleged that she stole a bicycle from a residence on East Main St. She was issued another appearance ticket and released.
- On 9/23/2025, Timmy L Taylor Jr (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd.
It’s alleged that Taylor violated an order of protection by being with the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
- On 9/19/2025, Scott A Berardi (age 33) of Brockport, was arrested for Eavesdropping and Possession of Eavesdropping Devices.
It’s alleged that Berardi placed a hidden recording device inside a business on Ellicott St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 10/7/2025.
- On 9/16/2025, Cassandra A Monteleone (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It’s alleged that Monteleone allowed a 16-year-old to smoke THC. Monteleone was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9/23/2025.
- On 9/16/2025, Jason W Alexander (age 47) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nd.
Alexander allegedly entered an unlocked residence on Prospect Ave, without permission. He was arraigned and released.
- On 9/20/2025, Brianna R Liles (age 26) of Byron, was arrested for DWI.
Liles was arrested following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 10/7/2025.
- On 9/19/2025, Elijah A Davis (age 24) of Inkster, MI, was arrested on a bench warrant.
Davis was initially charged with Grand Larceny 3rd and Conspiracy 5th in November of 2023 after running a gift card scam at Speedway. The warrant was issued when he failed to appear in court.
- On 9/18/2025, Nicholas J Mruczek (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2nd.
Mruczek allegedly slapped another person, during an altercation on Ellicott Pl. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
- On 9/21/2025, Christopher A Sewar (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.
It’s alleged that Sewar stole merchandise from Dollar General on two separate occasions. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. The following day, Sewar was again arrested for Petit Larceny. It’s alleged that he stole merchandise from Kwik Fill. He was issued another appearance ticket and released. He is due in court on 10/7/2025.
